Order Processing

• Processing time: 1-2 business days from payment confirmation
• Dispatch schedule: Tuesday - Friday (excluding UK bank holidays)
• Orders placed after 4pm Friday will ship the following Tuesday

Delivery Timescales
All delivery times are estimates only. ROVE London is not liable for delays caused by courier services or other third parties beyond our control.

Peak Season Notice
During November and December, courier volumes increase significantly and may cause delays beyond our standard timescales. While we dispatch orders promptly, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as transit is managed by our courier partners.

UK Domestic

• Standard (3-4 business days): £5
• Express (1-2 business days): £8
• London Same Day (Tuesday - Sunday, orders before 2pm): £20

Europe & International

• Standard (3-10 business days): £20
• Express (2-5 business days): £35

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

General Policy
ROVE London is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied to your order. All such charges are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking your country's import requirements before ordering.

United States Orders
All US orders ship via DHL or similar tracked service.

• Customs Change (Effective 29 August 2025): The US $800 de minimis exemption has been removed. All imports now incur customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees regardless of value.
• DDU Terms: Orders ship Delivered Duty Unpaid. You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon delivery.
• Refused/Returned Parcels: If your parcel is refused or returned due to non-payment of duties or other charges, all additional costs (including customs fees, storage, and return shipping) will be deducted from any refund issued.
