REFUNDS + RETURNS
REFUND & RETURN POLICY:
Our full price return policy is 7 days for a refund to the original payment method and 7 days for an exchange or store credit. Unfortunately we cannot accept items outside of the 7 day window. All items must be unworn and undamaged. Items must be returned as delivered with original tags. If tags are unattached, items are non-returnable.
All sale items are FINAL SALE. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items. Any items purchased during a Sale Event (ex: Black Friday Sale Event) is considered final sale and cannot be exchanged.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of purchasing or delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issuing a replacement or refund.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE RETURNS:
Please email us at info@rove-london.com if you'd like to return an item. We also accept in store returns from online sales.
Online orders must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item in order to get a refund. Please note we do not offer paid return shipping labels at this time, and shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping including any duties / taxes to return items back to us.
ROVE London is not responsible for returned items lost in the mail. We recommend shipping via a tracked service and insuring the package for good measure.
