Black Friday & Special Sale Events

• UK Customers: Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase. No refunds are available on sale items.
• International Customers: All sale purchases are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.

IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURNS

For items purchased at our boutique:

• Refunds: 7 days from purchase date (refund to original payment method)
• Exchanges/Store Credit: 14 days from purchase date
• Returns are not accepted beyond 14 days

ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS

Return Window

• Refunds: 14 days from delivery date (refund to original payment method)
• Exchanges/Store Credit: 14 days from delivery date
• Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery
• Returns are not accepted beyond this window

Return Conditions
All returned items must be:

• Unworn and undamaged
• In original condition with all original tags attached
• Items with removed or missing tags cannot be accepted

Faulty or Damaged Items
Contact us at info@rove-london.com within 5 days of delivery if you receive a defective or damaged item. We'll provide return instructions and issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.

HOW TO RETURN (ONLINE ORDERS)

Email info@rove-london.com to initiate a return. Online orders may also be returned to our boutique.

UK Returns
We can provide a prepaid return label. The £5 label cost will be deducted from your refund.

International Returns
Return shipping costs and any associated duties/taxes are the customer's responsibility. Refunds cover product cost only—original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Customer Responsibility
ROVE London is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend:

• Using a tracked, signed-for service
• Retaining proof of postage

Parcels remain your responsibility until received by us. Refunds are processed only upon receipt of returned items in acceptable condition.
