REFUNDS + RETURNS

REFUND & RETURN POLICY: 

Our full price return policy is 14 days for a refund to the original payment method and 14 days for an exchange or store credit.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept items outside of the 14 day window. All items must be unworn and undamaged. Items must be returned as delivered with original tags. If tags are unattached, items are non-returnable. 

All sale items are FINAL SALE. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items. Any items purchased during a Sale Event (ex: Black Friday Sale Event) is considered final sale and cannot be exchanged. 

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of purchasing or delivery.  We will provide instructions for returning the item and issuing a replacement or refund.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE RETURNS: 

Please email us at info@rove-london.com if you'd like to return an item. We also accept in store returns from online sales.

Online orders must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item in order to get a refund. Please note we do not offer paid return shipping labels at this time, and shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping including any duties / taxes to return items back to us.

ROVE London is not responsible for returned items lost in the mail. We recommend shipping via a tracked service and insuring the package for good measure.
