As soon as your order has been received and the payment captured, please allow 1-2 days for us to process your order and ship. Our full price return policy is 14 days for a refund to the original payment method and 14 days for an exchange or store credit.  Unfortunately we cannot accept items outside of the 14 day window. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any customs or duty fees.
