SHIPPING INFORMATION

As soon as your order has been received and the payment captured, please allow 1-2 days for us to process your order and ship. Orders are shipped Tuesday - Friday, not including any UK national holidays.  If you have ordered after 1pm on a Friday your order will be shipped on Tuesday,  Please note that we are stating the estimated delivery time, and ROVE London cannot be held responsible for any third party delays.  

We partner with trusted delivery services to offer you the below shipping options:

UK: 

• Domestic Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option ensures that your order will be delivered within 3-4 business days. A flat rate of £5 will be applied to all standard shipments.
• Domestic Express Shipping: Our express shipping option ensures that your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days. A flat rate of £8 will be applied to all express shipments.
• Free Domestic Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping will be applied to all orders over £200. 
• London Same Day Delivery: Same day delivery is available within the London area only.  This option is only available Tuesday - Sunday for orders placed before 2pm. A flat rate of £20 will be applied to all same day delivery shipments. 

EUROPE + INTERNATIONAL: 

• EU + International Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option ensures that your order will be delivered within 3-10 business days.  A flat rate of £20 will be applied to all standard shipments. 
• EU + International Express Shipping: Our express shipping option ensures that your order will be delivered within 2-5 business days.  A flat rate of £35 will be applied to all express shipments. 
• Free EU + International Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping will be applied to all orders over £350.

Order Processing:

Tracking Your Order:

• Stay informed about the progress of your order with our easy-to-use tracking system. Once your package is shipped, we'll email you a unique tracking number. Use this number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order.

Customs, Taxes & Duties:

• ROVE is not responsible for any duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are advised to check this prior to placing an order with us.
